Ok, Ok, Im very aware that it wasnt a smart thing to do but some of you guys really jump to conclusions. It was a straight section of a divided 4 lane highway with NO cross streets and no traffic that could possibly be involved in our poor decisions. By the way I daily drive my Z and people try to race it all the time, in traffic I wouldnt even think of it but every once in a while you get that long section of road with no obsticles and its a different ball game. Keep in mind Im not running a 500hp beast thats going to start spinning out of control at 90mph. Anyway I havent raced many people on the street and when I do it is done in a responsible manor, Im just a car junkie like everyone else on this board and I dont think anyone on here can say they have never street raced at some time...
